iTech Computer Solutions, LLC (herein "we", "our", "us") requires that you (herein "you", "your", “customer”) do hereby agree to the following Terms & Conditions prior to, or as a result of, using this web site or entering into any business transaction with iTech Computer Solutions, LLC.
Order Processing Times: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. We do not process orders past 5:00 pm on Friday through Monday morning, or major U.S. holidays.
Shipping: We use UPS and FedEx for all shipments. As such, we cannot ship to a PO Box. As a security measure we do not offer Overnight / 1-Day shipping. Customers will be charged an address change fee of $10.00 if the delivery address is changed once the package has left the warehouse for delivery to the original address. Credit Card will automatically be charged if such a notice received by the Carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sales Tax: Indiana residents are required to pay Sales Tax. Indiana law also requires Indiana residents to pay Sales Tax on shipping charges.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Checks/Money Orders. Credit cards will be charged once the order is placed. We also accept Visa and MasterCard branded gift cards, but please see our FAQ here before attempting to use gift cards. Checks/Money Orders must be made payable to iTech Computer Solutions, LLC. Temporary "starter" checks will not be accepted. The name and address on the Check must be the shipping address. Orders paid by Check will not ship until after the Check has been cashed by the bank and funds are verified. All returned checks are subject to a processing fee of up to $35. PayPal users must use a confirmed U.S. address and have a U.S. PayPal account.
COD Orders: We do not accept COD orders.
Refused Shipments: Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes shipments refused by the customer.
Return Policy:
- We will accept non-defective products (except Software) for exchange or credit, less a 20% restocking fee within 15 business days of receipt.

Software that has been opened can only be exchanged for the same title, provided it is defective. Unopened software can be returned for exchange or credit, less a 20% restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for any freight charges on all returns, and all returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx.

Warranty & Technical Support: All products sold, unless noted otherwise, come with only the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the product manufacturer for all Technical Support and Warranty related issues. Warranty Terms & Conditions are up to the warranty provider (manufacturer), but here are some basics terms one might expect:

Warranty typically covers DOA (Dead On Arrival) equipment or equipment failing to perform to manufacturer’s specifications.

Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, improper surge protection and/or damage due to improper installation.
Damage in transit: The Carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please contact the Carrier for a damage claim and KEEP ALL packaging materials. Please do not return these item to us. We will be glad to assist you in filing a claim with your carrier.
Password: In order to place orders with us, you must present a valid password and user ID. Your password is your sole responsibility, and you must take all necessary actions to safeguard the security of your password and its use in accessing or ordering products via our site. You must not disclose your password to any person who is not authorized to use the password on your behalf. You will be solely responsible for all unauthorized use of your password by your employees or third parties. We highly recommends that you change your password periodically, and that you change your password immediately when you have reason to believe that your password security has been compromised.

Additional Terms & Conditions for customers who we provide installation, repair or consulting services to:
Late fees: We reserve the right to assess a late fee of $25 on any unpaid, past due balance. Late fees will be assessed each billing period.
Software: We do not support or encourage software piracy or End User Licensing Agreement (herein “EULA”) violations. If you have any software that needs to be installed or re-installed (in the case of a rebuilt PC) that has not been purchased through us you will need to provide the media (i.e. the product CD) as well as the product key/activation key. Additionally, proof of ownership (such as the Certificate of Authenticity and/or Product License) may be requested prior to installation. We will not be held liable for any software piracy or EULA violations for software installed by, or on behalf of, the customer. We will not perform service on, or troubleshoot any pirated or improperly licensed software. It is your responsibility to make sure you are in compliance with all licensing agreements. If you are unsure of your compliance with software licensing agreements, please contact us to review your licensing needs.
Data: You agree to not hold us liable, financially or otherwise, for any software or data being lost due to bad storage, viruses, user error, hardware failure, hackers, acts of God or any other means within or outside our control. We strongly urge customers to back up all software and data on a regular basis and have tested/practiced restoring backup data. Furthermore, we urge users to keep all software up-to-date and have the following installed and active: backup software, a firewall (hardware or software based), and antivirus program(s).
